I am the inventor, Founder and CEO of Nobul, the advanced technology brand designed to more efficiently manage transaction services in real estate. At Nobul, we believe there is a massive opportunity to improve the traditional buying and selling experience for both consumers and industry professionals, and that a confluence of technological innovations makes it the perfect time to disrupt the status quo. Born of the perfect storm, Nobul introduces transparency, accountability and simplicity at a crucial time, as recent regulatory changes, longstanding demand for industry advancement and an embrace of digital technologies have become too prevalent to ignore. I witnessed my opportunity to create and lead a real estate revolution - and I took it. Prior to building Nobul, I served as President of McGee Capital. For ten years, I sourced and structured global real estate investment opportunities for my clients. To facilitate that business, I obtained my real estate license and structured large scale real estate investment and development transactions at Sotheby's International Real Estate Canada at Dundee Corporation, and Royal LePage, Johnston and Daniel Division at Brookfield Asset Management. I am a member of the Ontario Real Estate Association and Business Broker of Record. I give back to my community as a member of the Board of Directors at Daily Food Bank. Our Founder and CEO Regan McGee came up with the word himself and it alludes to two things. We empower customers by giving them access to all the information they need to learn about our agents, including sales history, verified reviews, and more. This is something we are all very proud of!
