Sachin Latawa

Sachin Latawa is the founder and CEO of Tirios, a Proptech company that aims to onboard millions of users into real estate investing. Sachin has over two decades of experience in real estate investing, mergers and acquisitions, and capital markets transactions, and leverages his extensive business acumen and his passion for social impact to create innovative solutions that transform the industry and benefit the communities. Before launching Tirios, Sachin was the chief financial officer of the real estate segment of Icahn Enterprises, where he oversaw over $1 billion in assets under management across various asset classes and geographies. He also held leadership roles at Fortress Investment Group and PwC, where he executed numerous transactions and deals in the private equity and real estate sectors.
