Stacy Janiak is a transformative leader committed to making an impact that matters for her clients, the people of Deloitte, and the communities in which she lives and serves. Throughout her 30+ year career with Deloitte, Stacy has held significant leadership roles, driving the firm’s strategy with an emphasis on bold, integrated, digitally-enabled business solutions, services, and insights, all while serving as a role model and champion for inclusion. As Deputy Chief Executive Officer for Deloitte Global, she is responsible for driving performance across Deloitte’s $67 billion network of more than 460,000 professionals. She oversees businesses, strategy, and innovation, in pursuit of optimizing Deloitte’s integrated strategy and market impact. Her scope encompasses Deloitte’s most strategic global investments, including sustainability and generative AI. In addition, Stacy serves on the Deloitte Global Executive Committee. Previously, she served as US Managing Partner - Chief Growth Officer, where she was responsible for a $24B client portfolio. With a focus on creating a differentiated client experience, she led the acceleration and digital transformation of the firm’s go-to-market assets, bringing the full spectrum of Deloitte’s solutions to the marketplace. Stacy’s extensive governance experience includes terms on the Deloitte Global Board of Directors, where she chaired the Global Risk & Ethics Committee and the US Board, where she chaired the Strategic Investment Committee. She is a proud graduate and trustee of DePaul University and a board member of Boys & Girls Club of Chicago, Catalyst, and New Profit, a philanthropic organization committed organization to catalyzing the impact of social entrepreneurs who are expanding access and opportunity in America. Stacy is passionate about mentoring and developing the next generation of leaders. Her forward-thinking and influential thought leadership has been featured in prominent business publications such as Fortune, Forbes, and Fast Company. She is a sought-after speaker at prestigious industry events—including the World Economic Forum annual meeting in Davos, Fortune’s Most Powerful Women Summit, CES, and The Female Quotient’s FQ Lounges—where she champions inclusivity and shares insights on modern leadership, trust and integrity, artificial intelligence, digital transformation and business growth in a rapidly evolving global environment. Stacy is a Certified Public Accountant in the US and a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants. She and her family reside in Illinois, USA.
