Stephani Long

As Chief Talent Officer of Deloitte US, Stephani is responsible for creating a talent experience that engages 120,000+ professionals. Stephani leads Deloitte US’s Partner Talent Relations and Talent organization and has broad responsibility for areas including acquisition, learning and development, inclusion, total rewards, performance management, talent operations, and alumni relations. Most recently, Stephani served as National Managing Director of Talent and Partner Matters for Deloitte Consulting LLP. She spearheaded complex transformations of several programs that brought innovative processes and new technologies to our professionals. Prior to this role, Stephani ran Deloitte’s US Public Sector practice which serves state and local governments as well as higher education clients. In her more than 27 years at Deloitte, Stephani has earned a national reputation for delivering valued ideas and high-quality services to clients across policy, program, people, and technology. Her background in the public sector and health and human services led to her work in helping California’s foster children get the support they need and find a path to higher education. Stephani lives in Scottsdale, Arizona with her husband and three children.
