From Homelessness to Heartfelt Industry Leader Stephen Scoggins is an award-winning, successful entrepreneur, however, it wasn’t always that way. Growing up, life was really difficult for Stephen. When he was just 22, he found himself homeless and on the verge of suicide. He was angry, stuck, and completely empty inside. During that season, a mentor gave Stephen a second chance opportunity he didn’t deserve. From there Stephen launched a multi-million dollar construction company and has gone on to launch 5 other successful businesses ranging from real estate to thought leadership. He uses the pain of his past and the lessons he’s learned along the way to help people discover who they are, why they are here and what to do about it. Stephen is dedicated to the relentless pursuit of giving others the same gift of freedom he received by offering a practical and empowering education to those looking for a second chance to level up, catapult forward and make their dreams a reality. You know that feeling when you just aren't moving forward in your life? Maybe it's your career or your relationships, or your finances. It can be so frustrating that we give up on our dreams and settle for what life has dealt us. I know what it's like to feel "stuck." A little over twenty years ago, I was broke, homeless, alone, and without any excitement for life. But, I wanted more for my life, so I decided to make a CHANGE. I put principles and frameworks into place to move my life forward. Using these strategies, I went from hopeless to being a successful business owner with a happy and prosperous life. I am proud to run several successful companies, including Custom Home Exteriors. I am passionate about sharing these proven life strategies to help people move forward in their lives, which is why I founded the Journey Principles Institute, an organization dedicated to guiding people from stuck to unstoppable. And The Journey Principle's 3-day flagship event; Transform U is where we help people just like you, create a strategy for your life. As an entrepreneur, speaker, and author, my goal is to challenge and motivate people to break through obstacles and guide them to be whom they are born to be. I believe in paying it forward and motivating others to do the same. Now, I am proud to say; I went from stuck to unstoppable, and I truly live the life I always dreamed of living. I didn't come from a wealthy family and didn't go to a fancy school. I knew that only I could change my future, and the same is true for you.
