As the managing director for Esker’s North and Latin American operations, it is my responsibility to lead our team to help our business partners improve productivity through streamlined document processes, that help strengthen business relationships, improve the exchange of business-critical documents between organizations and enhance our customers’ productivity. We do this by listening to our customers and understanding their pain, offering our proven document automation expertise, and then delivering innovative, reliable and agile business solutions to meet their specific needs. I have been involved in the document industry for over 25 years, first with Equitrac Corporation and now with Esker, Inc. I understand how important documents are in any business, and have led Sales, Service, and Consulting efforts to help my customers eliminate inefficient document processes.
