As an entrepreneur and CEO, Tim has an extensive background in management, customer service, innovation, and starting and running companies. In 2005, Combining his entrepreneurial drive, his love for his dog ‘Lucy’, and his desire to make a difference in peoples’ lives, Tim started a mobile dog grooming business which then expanded with brick-and-mortar grooming salons. After several years of caring for all sorts of dogs, Tim discovered that most dogs out there are not getting the routine care they need to stay clean, comfortable and healthy. 9 of the 10 most popular breeds don’t require haircuts … but EVERY dog needs essential care like bathing, ear cleaning, nail trimming and dental care. Thus, Scenthound was born. As the Chief Executive officer of Scenthound, Tim is responsible for leading and empowering the leadership team and is the driver of innovation and strategic thinking to push the brand forward. His superpower is asking the right questions, identifying barriers, and offering creative process-driven solutions. Tim leads a national group of Franchise CEOs in a Forum designed for leaders to share their learned knowledge and best practices with each other. He was a member of the Entrepreneurs' Organization (EO) for over 12 years, and he also ran the accelerator program there where he coached other entrepreneurs and helps them achieve their goals. Tim is also a member of the board at Palm Beach Atlantic University’s Titus Center for Franchising.
