A gamer, hacker, and entrepreneur at heart, EX.CO co-founder and CEO Tom Pachys began building websites when he was 12 years old. Today, he helps companies drive meaningful revenue by making websites more personalized and interactive. Under Tom’s leadership, Disney-backed EX.CO has grown into the world’s leading content experience platform by partnering with hundreds of premium publishers, brands, and small and medium-sized businesses. Leading over 100 employees located around the world, Tom works to create a culture of innovation, collaboration, and transparency. Tom previously served as co-founder and CEO of the machine learning startup Whimado and was one of the first employees at SundaySky, a real-time video experience platform, where he helped lead the organization as Director of Professional Services and Products. Earlier in his career, Tom served in an elite technology intelligence unit within the Israeli Defense Forces.
