Brian Weinberg is the Director of the Foundation for Regeneration; a Midwest place based NGO using the tools of philanthropy, social entrepreneurship and impact investing to catalyze programs of economic development, social equity, and ecological health in the American Midwest. He also serves as Managing Director of Weinberg Holdings (a financial innovation portfolio) and an adjunct professor in Social Entrepreneurship at the UMKC Bloch School of Management. Brian has nearly 15 years of history working in philanthropy, social entrepreneurship, and impact investing facilitating about $100 million in movement of capital for good.For the last 5 years, he has deep dived into all things regeneration (economics, agriculture, finance, culture) as CEO, COO, consultant, advisor, and professor with recognizable leaders and organizations in the social change movement.
