Jennifer currently serves as General Manager, Professional Portfolio and Partnerships, at Colibri Group. Colibri's real estate learning portfolio represents the most comprehensive suite of real estate education and professional development experiences available to real estate professionals. These learning experiences support agents and brokers to advance their careers and practice at the top of their license. Jennifer previously served as the SVP of Alternative Learning at Strategic Education, Inc.(SEI). In this role, Jennifer's portfolio spanned a variety of offerings including Hackbright and DevMountain boot camps, Sur La Table Online Culinary Institute, and Sophia.org , a low cost alternative to earning college credit. In addition she managed the B2U and B2B sales team supporting these offerings. Prior to this role, Jennifer was SVP of Portfolio Strategy at SEI leading a $1 billion portfolio of product offerings with the goal of building and maintaining world-class student-centric academic programs, advancing the careers of adult students. Her previous role at Capella University was as General Manager of The College of Nursing, Health, and Behavioral Sciences. In this role she concepted, and then launched the School of Nursing and Health Sciences, pivotal to Capella's growth and B2B strategy. Jennifer’s prior work experience includes executive positions at Target.com, Coach Leatherware and Dayton Hudson Corporation. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration/Financial Management and a Master of Science in Leadership. In 2017, Jennifer was named one of 50 honorees for the Women in Business award by the Mpls/St. Paul Business Journal, and was been invited by the publisher to be a member of the MSPBJ "100 Women to Know", an exclusive group of leaders in executive roles. In April 2019 The Women's Health Leadership Trust honored Jennifer with an award for her work in the Twin Cities healthcare community. From 2016-2020 Jennifer served on the board of Bloom Early Learning including roles as both vice chair and chair. She served on the NLN Foundation Advisory Council from 2018-2020, and currently servies on the scholarship committee for the Boyd/Midwest Family Foundation. in the Fall of 2021, Jennifer was invited to join the Women in Leadership Advisory Board at Missouri State University. She is also a member of the Fast Company Executive Board, a professional organization of executives defining the future of business.
